Take action!

We have a very short timeframe — before November 20 — to make sure legislators hear the importance of banning the sale of ALL flavored tobacco products — no exceptions for menthol, mint and wintergreen. No exceptions for cheap flavored cigars or menthol cigarettes. All of these products are designed to hook kids on nicotine. It’s time to end the sale of flavored tobacco products in Massachusetts.

What you can do:

Act on this alert… and then share it with your friends, colleagues, mailing lists, and frenemies. Share it with anyone you know who is concerned about the current teen vaping crisis–and the other flavored products aimed at young people that are still available today.

Write a letter from your organization to Senate President Spilka and House Speaker DeLeo expressing the need to pass flavor ban and tax legislation to solve the youth vaping crisis. Email a copy of the letter to Gwen Stewart and she will make sure they are hand-delivered at the State House.Download
